2/23/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Client was observed displaying age appropriate behaviors with peers in class during the first part of the day. Client was seen in his seat and being very cooperative. Client displayed appropriate conversation and was compliant to instruction. As the client processed his feelings he was able to reduce anxiety and frustration. Client demonstrated excellent sportsmanship with group members. Client was encouraged to keep up the good work. Client exhibited a positive attitude toward TDT staff and showed he can make good choices if he tries. Client was observed on task and following directions. Client appeared to be enjoying his day. Client was respectful and polite to authority. Client did not let his body control his mind, instead client took the negatives and turned them into positives. Client was complimented on his behaviors and remaining on task. Client was witnessed paying attention and interacting appropriately with assigned group. There was no need to remove client from class. Client showed full participation and contributed to class discussion displaying responsibility and meeting expectations. During dismissal, client was seen packing up and waiting for his teacher to walk the class to the bus route as he waved goodbye and displayed excellent transition.
